Just a note of thanks for stopping by and leaving a kind word or two. I believe that since the dawn of man, the sunset and sunrise have been significant force to our evoloution and survival.

I enjoyed your post about the mountains. Nothing can compare to the Applacachian mountains. It is one of my favorite places to go.

This is wonderful! Wasn’t it fun?
I’m glad you came by and read the article on journaling. I think keeping a journal is a wonderful meditative experience. Oftentimes, I just take notes. Today I went to see a movie called “Yoga Unveiled,” and was writing notes in the dark! I would just catch snippets –the most meaningful things.
Like this:
“transcendence of the self, wanting to do for society, egolessness”

Why is that so mystical and serene? Why do I feel connected to all people who have ever roamed the earth when I am watching a sunrise or sunset?

I’d like to know the answer to that too. It feels great doesn’t it? Like you just know there is something more powerful than you taking care of it all.

What could be better than that?
